His postgraduate degree was in yoga and its philosophical application in the modern lifestyle. He is also a qualified Naturopath, and applies natural living and health concepts to his yoga practices. Anil brings his vast yoga knowledge to Six Senses Zighy Bay, teaching traditional Hatha Yoga (Asanas, Pranayama), along with various styles of meditation and Shatkriyas (yogic cleansing processes).
