There’s not one step that does it. It takes lots of little steps. See how our guests across our resorts and spas were inspired by Global Wellness Day on June 8, 2019.

In the words of Global Wellness Day founder Belgin Aksoy, “One day, can change your whole life!”. To celebrate, Six Senses spa teams prepared a schedule of complimentary activities that united our guests and hosts around the world.

Six Senses Bhutan
Celebrations took place throughout the day with lots of fun and healthy activities.


Six Senses Douro Valley
A host of activities including SUP pilates, Tai Chi Gong, Alchemy Bar workshop and a scenic hike accompanied (of course) by Aqua the resort’s favorite canine host.


Six Senses Krabey Island
Aerial yoga, Alchemy Bar workshop and a despacho offering – an ancient shamanic art to promote good and positive energy – in preparation for the launch of the Six Senses Grow a New Body program. This 7-day program will run from August 24 to 31, and September 2 to 9, 2019.
