The Holistic Anti-Aging Center combines scientific advances in nutrition, fitness and neuroscience with ancient wisdom from long-lived communities to achieve a healthy, balanced body and mind. By understanding that outer beauty comes from a healthy body and happy mind, we can help you overcome lifestyle-related aging effects and extend your health span.
Each journey is guided by the world’s leading experts in the field. It will vary according to your length of stay (three, five or seven days) and which resort or spa you come to. However, the philosophy behind the Holistic Anti-Aging Center always remains consistent:
Using advanced technology, we have the scientific base from which to assess the type of skin you live in. We then use a range of innovative and progressive treatments to correct imbalances and build up skin barrier defenses, resulting in younger and healthier looking skin.
We assess various lifestyle factors: what you eat and drink, your stress levels and hormonal balance, and other parameters such as insulin resistance, gut and intestine imbalances, your quality of sleep and the toxicity of your body so we can get your beauty on track from the inside out.
We look at how you perceive your own beauty and help you grow and become more confident in it. This is because we believe that our perception of beauty can change our self-esteem, which in turn changes the way we treat ourselves and others.
Regardless of your stay, your journey will encompass three main periods:
Period 1: Cleanse
During this period, we’ll help you wipe away misconceptions and habits you’d like to change. Think of it like starting with a clean slate. We cleanse the body and mind to prepare for the correct nutrition and exercise based on your unique biometrics. Your stay starts with a wellness screening, skin and sleep analysis, and a lifestyle consultation to look at your current reality so our experts can personalize a program for you.
Period 2: Restore
In this period, we’ll build your skin from the inside out and the outside in, while boosting your body sync with nutrients, negative ions, healing and biohacks. Improved sleep hygiene allows you to sync with nature’s intended rhythms while mindfulness training from simple breathing exercises to forest bathing and hydrotherapy experiences help you sleep, eat and collaborate better. Our goal is to recover, restore and strengthen your whole being.
Period 3: Nourish
The last stage is all about celebration, nourishment and sealing the good work. Treatments for the skin include mild micro needling therapy and LED light stimulation. You also replenish the body, mind and spirit, and boost yourself with loving-kindness meditation, which has been scientifically proven to slow down aging.
