Eating and holidays go as well together as chili and chocolate. Our Eat With Six Senses philosophy – where food is as nutritious as it is delicious – means you can enjoy both and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Eat With Six Senses represents another pillar of our Six Senses Integrated Wellness philosophy and approach to food and drink. While you’re with us you can reconnect with food safe in the knowledge it’s healthy for you and the world around you.
Six Senses chooses a cleaner and simpler approach to preparation, focusing on quality, balance and fresh whole food made from scratch. Chefs indulge their love for hearty and healthy menus while avoiding the bad stuff (flavor enhancers, lectins, lactose, gluten and sugar). Glucose is out, vinegar is in!
Local and sustainable
Each Six Senses resort is reinforcing its relationships with local farmers, producers and suppliers, who are committed to responsible sourcing and seasonality. Produce doesn’t come much fresher than our veggies grown in our own organic gardens and mushroom huts.
Less is more
Produce that has traveled a long distance is often gassed, irradiated and preserved with wax or exposed to toxic packaging. At Six Senses, the energy footprint of importing branded drinking water has been eliminated with each resort producing its own mineral water, served in re-usable glass bottles (of course).
As deep as you want to go
Want to be left alone on holiday? Got it! You’ll simply be eating more healthily by default.
